The Barns at Redcoats - New Hertfordshire wedding venue review

A warm May evening with a glass of prosecco, surrounded by beautiful countryside and great people - this is how I spent my Thursday evening.

I had been invited to the Barns at Redcoats, nr Hitchin as they opened the doors to their brand new barn wedding venue for their launch party.

The Farmhouse at Redcoats dates back to the 15th Century and is surrounded by beautiful views of the Hertfordshire countryside. I have visited the Farmhouse many times for afternoon tea, dinner and recently a fragrance making hen party.

Until recently I hadn't even noticed the barn on the site, which has always been there but had been left unused and was falling down. 37 weeks ago building work began on the site and WOW what a transformation. The barn has become a beautifully restored exclusive use barn wedding venue and it is truly stunning.
